It’s that time of the year again to make New Years Resolutions and try not to break them before the end of January. I have made a couple of New Years resolutions in order to help my family. I have decided to try to cook more meals at home. In the busy days of teaching, it can be tough to find the time to cook the meals I have wanted to, but I am going to make that effort this year.

I am also going to make a resolution to do volunteer work. I’d like to volunteer more often to help people. I think it would something benefical for everyone.

Finally, I am resolved to write a book this year. I am trying to discover the topic, maybe I will just start writing and see what happens.

What does it take be a teacher? When I was young I wanted to be a teacher,why?just because I was scared of my teacher. I have two older sisters who are teachers. I have cousins who are teachers,which reminded me of the joke I made after I became a teacher. “You know what guys we can actually open our own school…we have enough teachers to open one and with one of my cousin who is in a high position in the department of education we are all set”

Cant explain how happy I am today…guess being a mother is a real exciting job. My kids participated in their school’s sports day yesterday and today. Yesterday my eldest son participated in the school’s parade and it was so cute watching him all dressed up(in Thai suit though) but it was really cool. Cant imagine I have two big boys now.

Being a mother is a very interesting part in every women’s life. It can be stressful at times but the most part of it is amazing. For me, my kids are miracle. The most precious treasure God has ever given me.

Sometimes kids can really drive you crazy and they can make you feel like you want to explode and burst into small pieces. But that’s part of being a mother.You learn to control yourself. You learn to be very patient. With your kids, it helps you grow as a person.
